General Terms and Applicability

jsya9 is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jsya9 website and all related services.

These Terms form a binding agreement between jsya9 and each registered member of the platform ("User" or "Player"). By accessing, registering on, or using the platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Registration Information

Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. jsya9 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or misleading information is provided. If any information needs to be updated after registration, you must contact the support team directly.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

jsya9 services may be restricted in certain regions. It is your own responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in the region where you reside. jsya9 does not provide any legal advice on this matter.

Account Security and Personal Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your jsya9 account password and login details completely confidential. We strongly recommend not sharing your login details with anyone else.

• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you detect any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• jsya9 is not liable for losses arising from a security breach of your account unless it is directly caused by a fault in our system.
• In the event of suspicious activity or an account breach, jsya9 may temporarily suspend the account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at jsya9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Depositing funds from another person's account is prohibited, and in such cases the deposited amount will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

jsya9 may request identity verification or additional documents before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jsya9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jsya9 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 (1,200 × 25) in bets before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own specific conditions, which will be stated at the time the bonus offer is made.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit to qualify for the bonus.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts or by any dishonest means will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• jsya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses issued in error due to a system fault will be considered void.

5.4 VIP Program

jsya9 has four VIP tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%. Tier upgrades depend on your activity and participation on the platform. Contact the support team for full details on VIP benefits.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jsya9 is committed to ensuring a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to play.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs ("game glitching").
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to win through fraudulent means.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward jsya9 staff.
• Attempting to verify identity using false or forged documents.
• Placing bets in a systematic manner with the intent to circumvent bonus terms ("bonus abuse").

jsya9 monitors all transactions and gameplay. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Bet Cancellation and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Conditions for Bet Cancellation

jsya9 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error or technical issue.
• If incorrect information is published due to human error.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or suspended indefinitely.
• If evidence of fraud or match-fixing is found.

7.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint, please contact the jsya9 support team first. The support team will review the complaint and attempt to provide a resolution within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter can be escalated to senior management.

Responsible Gambling

10.2 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. jsya9 may also close an account for the following reasons:

• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior.
• Legal directives or orders from a regulatory authority.
• Extended periods of inactivity (where applicable).

Upon account closure, all valid balances (excluding any bonus portion where wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned.

Limitation of Liability

jsya9 is not responsible for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connection issues or device failures.
• Delayed transactions due to issues with third-party payment methods.
• Events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or power outages).
• Financial losses resulting from a player's own negligence or poor decisions.

In any circumstance, jsya9's total liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the player during the relevant period.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming laws and regulations. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, mediation will be attempted. Any legal claim must be raised within a reasonable time from the date of the incident; after that, the opportunity to make a claim may no longer be available.

Changes to Terms

jsya9 may amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide notice via registered email or on the platform.
